2: Good morning, and welcome to the Daily 2. Today is Wednesday, April 24th and it's a Day 6. 

1: Happy birthday today to 

2: For lunch today, we have Pasta Bar, Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap, Chicken Caesar Salad, Smoothie and Pretzel, or Hot and Cold Sandwiches. 

1: Served with Fresh Fruit and Veggie Bar, Ice Cold Milk, Roasted Broccoli, and Texas Toast. 

2: For students in the music program, today is an Instrument Day. 

1: There are no after school activities or late busses today due to the staff meeting after school. 

2: Thank you to all of our 7th grade WEB Applicants this year! As you may know, this was the hardest, most competitive WEB selection process that we've had since this program started at the Ahern. Almost 100 7th graders applied!!! 

1: For our 7th grade WEB Leader recruits who were accepted, read and review all of the documents you received in the mail with your adult. Since this has been such a competitive year, we must stand by our mandatory training dates, due dates, and expectations!  

2: The blue WEB Leader Information Sheet and yellow WEB Leader Code of Conduct sheet are  both due by our May Spring Play Day. You are encouraged to turn these forms in sooner to the folder hanging outside of Ms. Annis' room #104, that way you won't lose them.  

1: Again, if you have the two papers shown on the screen completed, drop them off to Room 104. The WEB Coordinators are really looking forward to working with you to welcome next year's 5th graders to the Ahern.
